With more than 20 years of experience in managing international teams, I support managers and executives in leading organisational changes and post-merger integrations. In my different managing positions at BNP Paribas (Chief Operating Officer of Corporate Finance) I achieved an in-depth understanding of various organisational and operational issues leading to a very pragmatic approach of coaching.
My skills : international mindset, reliability, strong listening skills. Bicultural and trilingual in French, German and English.

Before the coaching begins, a tripartite contract is established between the client, his manager, and the coach, and if possible the HR contact. This contract states the coaching objectives and the methods that will be employed to achieve those objectives. It thus becomes a reference for the duration of the coaching, up until the final tripartite-meeting in which a progress assessment will be given.
I commit to follow professional coaching ethics, formalized by internationally-recognized coaching associations, notably the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC).
